Working in partnership with Protocol National, the NBP is the premier membership-based organisation for BME professionals. Over 160 organisations are currently affiliated to the Network.

How Much Will It Cost?
- Upon registration a HR consultant will contact you
- We will provide an online CV template to maximise your chances of selection for short-listing and interview
- Your CV will be put on our database
- When vacancies are notified to us we will carry out a database search to match clients’ needs with the ‘best fit’ from our list of CV
- Those selected will be offered to our corporate clients with a view to short-listing and interview
We will provide you with access to a full range of additional services including interview and CV preparation, writing a powerful supporting statement for your application and career management seminars/surgeries. We can also arrange additional support opportunities such as mentoring, work shadowing, career development workshops and secondment opportunities through the NBP's arm, the Black Leadership Initiative.
