Business Interchange, one of the Catalyst workforce programmes delivered by Lifelong Learning UK, encourages and supports teachers, tutors and trainers to take part in the exciting opportunity of completing a work placement within business. It gives staff access to a structured work placement which will help to improve their current skills in a working environment, whilst also assisting them in achieving their continuing professional development (CPD) requirements. This updated vocational expertise will enable staff to contribute towards an even better experience for learners.
