One of three Mentee Inductions as part of the Tackling Racial Inequalities project funded by Department of Communities and Local Government.
The mentoring scheme offers Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) staff working in public, voluntary and community sectors the opportunity to be matched with an experienced senior manager from another institution to act as their mentor.
This induction session for mentees covers the practicalities of the mentoring process as well as providing an opportunity for mentees to network with each other and share experiences.
