Title:
Career Development Workshop: Understanding Yourself and Realising Your Full Potential
Aims:
To support Black & Minority Ethnic (BME) staff in the Learning & Skills Sector to enhance their career and employment prospects.
Objectives:
By the end of the workshop participants will have:
- Identified their ‘personality type indicator’ preference and what this means for their career and their relationship with others.
- Maximised their potential through the development of a personal marketing strategy.
- Identified personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in relation to their career development.
- Begun the process of identifying a career development plan.
